Batches reach this index in hundreds, following population order, and entry is withheld until each page has passed a comparison against all guides the programme has released across its ten addresses.

Open a city name to read the guide written for that place alone, carrying readings from its streets, its state selling rules and an example calculated at its median.

Two hundred guides is the limit on every one of the ten addresses. This address keeps the third slice of the second thousand; seven addresses ahead of it cover the first thousand plus the first two slices, and two addresses behind it cover what remains.
